House extension

This is just a quick not to express our delight at the recently completed two storey extension, comprising of a new bedroom, new extended kitchen and a new utility room.

It was hassle free from start to finish and was completed well within the timescale advised and on the quoted budget. The work was of a very high standard to say the least and excellent quality which certainly made it value for money. We were not asked to pay for any extras unless we asked for them after the drawings were approved.

The workmen turned up on time and left on time with our house and neighbours land being tidied every day from any building debris. From the first estimate through to the design, drawings and building everybody was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Any questions were answered straight away with David and/or his project foreman being available on the phone at any time.

Overall it was a very professional approach and outcome and I would certainly recommend Burnhead Builders and use them again, should we expand further!

Sunroom

I would like to express my delight at the superb building work you carried out for us on the bespoke sunroom to our property. The build was flawless from start to finish and when David first came round to quote and said you would build it in 4 weeks, I had my reservations, as at our last house the builder said the same and was there 5 months!

You now have restored my faith in the building trade, you and your team turned up at 7:45am each day and didn’t finish till 5:30pm or so and were always very professional and pleasant. One of the big things for me was that you were there working along side your team building the sun room and always on hand to manage the build from start to finish.We are enjoying using the sunroom which is a great addition to our home.

We have already recommended you to one of our friends.

Driveway

Thanks a million for your prompt action in restoring the monoblock driveway at Chatelherault Crescent to its former glory. I had envisaged some negotiations with yourself to work out the scope of work and costs involved to relay the sunken tracks of the driveway, but within a couple of days of speaking to you on the phone, the job was done and dusted free of charge.

Burnhead Builders, did a great job again and to show our appreciation the three lads earned some pocket money to either put in their piggy banks or spend in the pub.
